wonderful stay!

great location good room size attentive staff generous breakfast

the location is great. it is within a ten minute walk to sultan ahmet. i also liked the hagia sofia and grand bazaar proximity. the rooms and bathrooms are a good size. they have all the facilities you need, for sure. housekeeping is done on time. the breakfast has great variety. the staff were nice and attentive.

the roof deck had a lot of bird poop. it was also deserted, a shame.

breakfast had sufficient options each morning. i saw fresh bread, cheeses, and olives. there were also pastries and fruit available. i found the selection quite diverse.

staff members were always available at the front desk. they answered questions and provided directions. i saw them arrange transportation for other guests. their support was beneficial.

the hotel offers an elevator for easy access to upper floors. i used the complimentary wi-fi. it worked well in my room. the hotel provides airport transportation.

dirty deck uneven steps

The roof deck they advertised was, let's just say, NOT ready for visitors. It was covered in bird droppings. Quite the welcome. the street access was a bit tricky because it had some VERY uneven steps.
